GIANYAR – Belakangan viral video seorang anak bule di media sosial berkeliaran tanpa baju dan alas kaki di jalanan di kawasan Ubud, Gianyar. Bocil itu juga terkadang membawa sabit maupun pekakas lainnya, serta mencuri buah di kebun warga.
Informasi yang dihimpun, Selasa (30/7/2024), bocah itu diketahui tinggal di sebuah penginapan milik warga di Banjar Tebesaya, Peliatan, Ubud. Orang tuanya disebut-sebut bekerja di wilayah Ubud.
Tingkah laku bocah bule itu menjadi perhatian Komisioner Penyelengara Perlindungan Anak Provinsi Bali, I Kadek Ariasa.
“Sebelum-sebelumnya sudah ada beberapa bule bertingkah macam-macam dan merusak citra pariwisata Bali maupun kabupaten/kota di Bali. Sekarang ada anak bule bertingkah aneh yang membahayakan dirinya sendiri maupun image pariwisata di Bali. Kami sangat menyayangkan hal tersebut,” ujar Ariasa.
Menurutnya, Kabupaten Gianyar miliki Tim Pengawasan Orang Asing (Timpora) terdiri dari unsur Kepolisian, TNI, Kejaksaan, Disdukcapil, Disnaker, Bea Cukai, Dishub, Pemerintah Daerah, dan instansi lainnya.
Timpora mempunyai tugas memberikan saran dan pertimbangan kepada instansi terkait terhadap keberadaan dan pengawasan orang asing.
KPPAD Provinsi Bali sebagai lembaga pengawas penyelenggaraan perlindungan anak di Bali menekankan terhadap perlindungan anak. Terlebih, di Kabupaten Gianyar, yang selama ini dikenal sebagai daerah tujuan wisata internasional dan kabupaten layak anak (KLA).
I Kadek Ariasa meminta aparat keamanan, baik di hotel maupun vila supaya mengingatkan dan menegur orang tua bule tersebut supaya mengawasi anaknya.
“Memang itu anak bule, tapi jika terjadi kekerasan yang menimpa anak tersebut, lalu terekspose ke luar negeri, tentu akan mencoreng citra pariwisata Bali,” tegas pria asal Desa Mas, Ubud ini.
Selama ini, kata Ariasa, kerap terjadi musibah dialami anak WNA di Bali. Mulai dari tewas tenggelam di kolam renang hotel hingga menjadi korban kekerasan seksual.
“Semua stakeholder pariwisata Bali bersama instansi terkait diharapkan terus melakukan peningkatan pengawasan atas berbagai tingkah laku para wisatawan, termasuk anak-anaknya. Terlebih akhir-akhir ini sering terdengar wacana peningkatan kualitas wisatawan yang datang ke Bali, bukan hanya kuantitas, agar tidak merusak citra dan alam Bali yang kita sucikan dan banggakan selama ini,” harapnya.
