DENPASAR – Santernya kabar adanya pengoplosan menjadi pemicu kebakaran gudang LPG di Jalan Cargo Taman I, Denpasar, ditanggapi pemilik usaha, Sukojin melalui kuasai hukumnya, Siswo Sumarto.
Kepada awak media, Siswo Sumarto menepis tudingan dugaan adanya pengoplosan di gudang.
“Terkait isu yang beredar, kami meluruskan dan meyakini tidak ada pengoplosan. Itu murni kebakaran, tapi penyebab kebakaran masih didalami pihak kepolisian,”ujar Siswo Sumarto, Rabu (12/6/2024).
Ia mengklaim usaha kliennya, yaitu CV Bintang Bagus Perkasa memiliki izin dari Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Denpasar.
“Semua izin terpenuhi dan legalitas perusahaan ada. Perusahaan ini adalah agen elpiji. Jadi, kalau agen itu bukan partner Pertamina karena itu Migas sehingga izinnya ada di Disperindag,”ungkapnya.
Disinggung mengenai biaya perawatan korban dan pengiriman jasad, serat tali asih kepada keluarga korban, Siswo Sumarto menyampaikan semuanya ditanggung oleh Sukojin.
“Sukojin berkomitmen dan bertanggungjawab atas semua peristiwa yang terjadi, terlebih ada lima korban jiwa. Tanggungjawab membiayai para korban, baik yang meninggal maupun yang saat ini masih dirawat. Begitu pula terhadap anak istri dan keluarga para karyawan,”tegasnya.
Dijelaskan Siswo, perusahaan kliennya mempekerjakan 20 karyawan dan saat kejadian yang bekerja 18 orang. Namun untuk penyebab kebakaran masih diselidiki aparat kepolisian Polda Bali dan Polresta Denpasar.
Siswo menyampaikan kondisi Sukojin syok berat. “Klien kami sudah diperiksa di Polresta Denpasar. Tapi kondisi begitu (syok),” katanya.
Terpisah, Kasat Reskrim Polresta Denpasar Kompol Laorens Rajamangapul Heselo membenarkan Sukojin sudah diperiksa, Selasa (11/6/2024). Namun, untuk penyebab kebakaran masih menunggu hasil penyelidikan Labfor Polda Bali.
Sementara, lima orang dari 18 korban kebakaran gudang LPG meninggal. Terakhir, kakak beradik asal Manggarai Barat, NTT, yaitu Petrus Jewarut alias Ernus (31) dan Robiaprianus Amput (23) menghembuskan nafas terakhir.
Keduanya meninggal di RS Prof. Ngoerah, Sanglah. Petrus Jewarut mengalami luka bakar 80 persen dan menghembuskan nafas terakhir, Selasa (11/6/2024) pukul 21.30 WITA. Sedangkan sang adik menderita luka bakar 87 persen dan nyawanya tak tertolong, Rabu (12/6/2024) pukul 10.30 WITA.
“Benar, ada dua lagi yang meninggal dunia. Jadi, total ada lima orang (meninggal),” kata Humas RS Prof. Ngoerah, Dewa Ketut Kresna kepada awak media.
Sedangkan tiga korban yang meninggal sebelumnya yaitu Purwanto (43) pada Senin (10/6/2024) pukul 13.45 WITA, Edy Herwanto (43) pada Senin (10/6/2024) pukul 02.00 WITA, dan Yudis Aldyanto (33), Selasa (11/6/2024) pukul 03.10 WITA.
Ada 11 korban yang masih menjalani perawatan intensif di Burn Unit RS Prof. Ngoerah, yaitu Ahmad Tamyis (25) dengan luka bakar grade II AB 72 persen, Didik Suryanto (49) dengan luka bakar grade II AB 84 persen, Mohamad Sofyan (27) dengan luka bakar grade II AB-III 84 persen, Yolla Aldy Zulyanto (25) dengan luka bakar grade II AB 45,5 persen.
Kemudian, Eko Budi Santoso (37) dengan luka bakar grade II AB-III 80 persen, Yoga Wahyu Pratama (24) dengan luka bakar grade II AB – III 81 persen, M Umar Efendi (33) dengan luka bakar grade II AB – III 71 persen, Dicky Panca Ramadhani (19) dengan luka bakar grade II AB – III 73 persen, Suherminiadi (47) luka bakar IIAB-III 30 persen, Muqhis Bayudi (29) luka bakar grade IIAB-III, dan Danu Sembara (36) luka bakar grade IIAB – III 79 persen. Sebagian pasien dipakaikan alat bantu pernafasan.
Sementara itu, dua korban, yaitu Katiran (62) dengan luka bakar 57 persen ditrawat di ruang ICU RS Wangaya dan Wiri Sumardi (35) dengan luka bakar 80 persen ditangani di ruang ICU RSD Mangusada Kapal. (dum)
