BADUNG – Kantor Pencarian dan Pertolongan Denpasar (Basarnas Bali) mulai melaksanakan Siaga SAR Khusus Natal dan Tahun Baru (Nataru). 129 orang personel dikerahkan pada sejumlah Pos SAR dan Pos Terpadu di wilayah Provinsi Bali.
Dimulainya Siaga SAR Khusus Nataru ditandai gelaran apel pasukan pada Senin (18/12/2023) pagi. Adapun tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut, adalah untuk mengantisipasi lonjakan moda transportasi darat, laut, dan udara dalam rangka libur Nataru.
“Dengan banyak tingkat kunjungan jelang libur Natal dan Tahun Baru, hal ini tentunya juga meningkatkan resiko kerawanan terjadinya kecelakaan, baik itu transportasi darat, laut, dan udara. Untuk itu, kita tingkatkan kesiapsiagaan dan selalu berkoordinasi dengan unsur SAR lainnya” terangnya.
Siaga SAR Khusus Nataru, sambung dia, sesungguhnya merupakan kegiatan yang rutin dilaksanakan di setiap tahun. Personil dan peralatan ditempatkan pada titik-titik keramaian, seperti pelabuhan, bandara, dan objek wisata.
“Lonjakan kunjungan masyarakat yang akan ke Bali dimungkinkan karena bertepatan dengan libur sekolah,” tambahnya menuturkan pelaksanaan Siaga SAR Khusus Nataru yang berlangsung dari tanggal 18 Desember 2023 hingga 7 Januari 2024 tersebut.
“Saya berpesan, update selalu perkembangan di lapangan, laporkan apabila ada kendala, respon cepat apabila ada kondisi membahayakan jiwa manusia dan jangan lupa menjaga kesehatan,” tegasnya dalam apel gelar pasukan sekaligus pelepasan personil dan peralatan tersebut. (adi,dha)
