BADUNG – Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Kabupaten Badung melanjutkan langkah pembongkaran terhadap tower telekomunikasi tidak berizin alias bodong, Selasa (23/1/2024). Yang pertama disasar adalah sebuah tower di Jalan Pantai Kuta, tidak jauh dari pintu masuk utama Pantai Legian.
“Mengawali 2024, kami kembali melanjutkan penertiban terhadap tower-tower yang tidak berizin,” ungkapnya dihubungi via ponsel menuturkan pembongkaran tower yang dihadiri pula oleh Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kebersihan (DLHK), Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP), Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR), TNI dan Polri, serta Camat hingga Lurah.
Tidak dipungkiri dia, tower tersebut memang sudah cukup lama berdiri pada lokasi bersangkutan dan dimanfaatkan untuk penempatan CCTV. Namun karena sudah beberapa tahun mangkrak, maka diputuskan untuk dibongkar. “Jadi tower itu sudah tidak berfungsi,” sambungnya.
Sesuai rekomendasi dari Tim Penataan dan Pengawasan Pembangunan Menara Telekomunikasi (TP3MT), di tahap awal ini ada 6 tower bodong yang akan disasar. 1 di antaranya berlokasi di wilayah Kecamatan Kuta Utara, 2 di wilayah Kecamatan Kuta, dan 3 di wilayah Kecamatan Kuta Selatan.
Diceritakan dia, pada tahun 2023, total terdapat 107 tower yang menjadi sasaran penertiban. Namun dari jumlah tersebut, ada 11 yang masih ditangguhkan pembongkarannya. 9 diantaranya lantaran masih kalah di Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara (PTUN). Sementara 2 lainnya, karena berkenaan dengan sistem pajak hotel. “Kebetulan dua hotel itu membayar pajak yang besar. Jadi itu kita tangguhkan sampai ada kesiapan provider yang bisa melayani secara resmi,” ucapnya. (adi,dha)
