KUTA – Pasca pembinaan yang dilakukan pada Rabu (13/9/2023), trotoar bekas taman telajakan Pantai Kuta tampak mulai sepi dari kendaraan parkir.
Namun sayang, berdasarkan pantauan pada Kamis (14/9/2023), banyak kendaraan justru terlihat parkir mencaplok sisi barat badan jalan.
Komandan Regu Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Kabupaten Badung BKO Kecamatan Kuta, Wayan Suantara yang kemudian dikonfirmasi, menyadari bahwa hal tersebut bisa saja terjadi.
Mengingat area parkir di sekitar Pantai Kuta, masih terbilang minim. Meski demikian, memarkir kendaraan, baik di atas trotoar ataupun badan jalan, ditegaskan bukan merupakan hal yang dapat dibenarkan.
Karena itulah, berdasarkan perintah dari Kasatpol PP Badung, pihaknya akan terus bergerak secara berkelanjutan melakukan langkah edukasi. Agar pelanggaran-pelanggaran semacam itu bisa diminimalisir.
“Kami di regu Kuta ini terdiri dari dua shift. Untuk memaksimalkan pembinaan, kami akan turun dua kali per shift,” ungkapnya.
Sebagai evaluasi hasil penertiban, diketahui bahwa bukan hanya pengunjung yang selama ini parkir memanfaatkan trotoar. Melainkan juga para pedagang yang beraktivitas di pantai.
“Ke depan kami berharap agar para pedagang ini bisa memberikan contoh yang baik. Yakni dengan memarkir kendaraan pada kantong-kantong parkir yang telah tersedia,” sebutnya.
Kaitan dengan langkah pembinaan itu pula, Suantara mengaku telah berkoordinasi dengan Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (LPM) Kelurahan Kuta untuk pembuatan dan pemasangan tulisan larangan parkir di atas trotoar. Tulisan dimaksud menggunakan dua bahasa, yakni bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris.
“Pantai Kuta ini adalah obyek wisata internasional. Makanya kami koordinasikan dengan LPM membuat tulisan larangan itu dengan dua bahasa. Tujuannya tentu saja, agar bisa dibaca dan dimengerti oleh para wisatawan asing,” pungkasnya. (adi/jon)
