BULELENG – Berbagai upaya dilakukan Pemkab Buleleng untuk mengantisipasi lonjakan harga beras yang terjadi dalam dua minggu terakhir.
Selain melakukan pemantauan dan menjaga stok beras, Pemkab Buleleng melalui Tim Pengendali Inflasi Daerah (TPID) Buleleng juga menggandeng, berkolaborasi dengan Bulog dalam upaya percepatan distribusi beras premium SPHP dan menggerakkan Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) untuk penguatan pasokan beras maupun pendistribusian beras premium SPHP Bulog.
“Dari hasil pemantauan yang dilakukan, dalam dua minggu ini memang untuk beras premium maupun mediun rata-rata mengalami kenaikan 200 -500 rupiah. Khusus beras premium, dua minggu ini terpantau naik 500 rupiah/kilogram, dari 15.000 rupiah menjadi 15.500 rupiah/kilogram,” ungkap Kepala Dinas Perdagangan, Perindustrian, Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah (Kadisfagprinkop-UKM) Buleleng, Dewa Made Sudiartha usai rapat TPID, Selasa (30/1/2024).
Sudiarta mengungkapkan, beberapa strategi telah disiapkan untuk mengantisipasi kenaikan harga beras yang disebabkan oleh berkurangnya pasokan beras dari petani karena gagal panen akibat perubahan cuaca/musim dan kenaikan harga beras yang dipasok dari daerah lain.
“Selain mendorong dan berkolaborasi dengan Bulog untuk percepatan pendistribusian beras stabilisasi pasokan dan harga beras pangan, SPHP melalui 60 RPK dan PPK sehingga ini bisa menstabilkan harga beras premium dan medium, kita juga menggerakkan Perumda Swatantra untuk menjaga pasokan beras lokal,” jelasnya.
Pemkab Buleleng juga mendorong pengimplementasian MoU Tripartid, Perumda Swatatra, BPD Bali Cabang Singaraja dan Koperasi Sedayu Penarukan untuk menjaga stok beras lokal melalui program Hulu Hilir Ketahanan Pangan Daerah.
“Besok, kami rapat dengan Bulog, BPD, BUMD dan Koperasi untuk bisa segera menekan kenaikan harga beras di Buleleng,” pungkasnya.(kar/jon)
