BULELENG – Pengungkapan peredaran gelap dan penyalahgunaan narkoba di seputaran Kota Singaraja oleh Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) Provinsi Bali, disikapi serius BNN Kabupaten Buleleng.
Selain melakukan tes urine terhadap beberapa oknum aparat sipil negara (ASN) dan warga yang teridentifikasi kuat menjadi pelanggan ‘apotek sabu-sabu’, beberapa penyalahguna juga telah direkomendasikan BNN Kabupaten Buleleng untuk menjalani rehabilitasi.
“Sampai dengan Bulan Juni 2022 ini, kita sudah merekomendasikan rehabilitasi terhadap 275 orang penyalahguna narkoba. Terakhir itu kemarin, atas permintaan pihak keluarga satu orang penyalahguna asal Desa Panji yang masuk dalam daftar pelanggan apotek sabu, direkomendasikan menjalani rehabilitasi di Bangli,” ungkap Kepala BNN Kabupaten Buleleng, AKBP I Gede Astawa, Selasa (14/6/2022) siang usai menandatangani surat rekomendasi rehabilitasi sejumlah penyalahguna narkoba.
Mantan Kasat Narkoba Polres Buleleng ini menandaskan upaya rehabilitasi terhadap penyalahguna asal Desa Panji Kecamatan Sukasada dilakukan karena sering ngamuk sehingga pihak keluarga meminta ke BNN untuk direhabilitasi.
“Meski terlambat, keputusan pihak keluarga ini patut kami apresiasi sebagai upaya preventif, penyembuhan penyalahguna dari ketergantungan narkoba melalui rehabilitasi tanpa diproses hukum. Hal ini sangat diharapkan dan diapresiasi sebagai bentuk kesadaraan masyarakat berperan aktif dalam pencegahan, penanggulangan penyalahgunaan, korban peredaran gelap narkoba,” terangnya.
Hal ini patut diapresiasi Bupati selaku Ketua, Sekda selaku wakil ketua 1 dan Kepala Badan Kesbangpol Kabupaten/Kota selaku sekretaris/ketua harian dari Tim Terpadu Pencegahan, Pemberantasan, Penyalahgunaan dan Peredaran Gelap Narkotika dan Prekursor Narkotika (P4GN) sesuai Permendagri No 12 tahun 2019 serta Pergub Bali No 7 tahun 2017 tentang Fasilitasi pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkotika.
Senada dengan Kepala BNN Kabupaten Buleleng, Gede Suyasa selaku Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Kabupaten Buleleng dan Wakil Ketua 1 Tim Terpadu P4GN Kabupaten Buleleng upaya pencegahan terhadap peredaran gelap dan penyalahgunaan narkotika sudah dilakukan, antara lain melalui imbauan dan test urine terhadap aparatur sipil negara (ASN).
“Upaya pencegahan, khususnya peredaran gelap dan penyalahgunaan narkotika di kalangan pemerintahan, sudah kita lakukan bersama dengan Kabupaten Buleleng, baik berupa imbauan dan tes urine terhadap aparatur sipil negara,” tandas Suyasa sembari menampik adanya oknum ASN yang terlibat dalam kasus ‘apotek sabu’.
Ia mengaku tidak tahu karena belum menerima pemberitahuan/laporan dari BNN Provinsi Bali maupun BNN Kabupaten Buleleng terkait temuan BNN tentang keterlibatan sejumlah oknum ASN dan pesta sabu di rumah jabatan (rujab). (kar,dha)
